I finally figured out a way to bring my favorite fall foods and my favorite fall trend together on one plate!
This dish literally took 10 minutes and it tastes as great as it looks. The carrots and sweet potato are grounding and comforting (energetically, root veggies are always grounding). The radicchio’s bitterness is great for detoxing the body. The parsley helps digestion and the seeds add a little boost of protein and omega-3s. Try it for yourself and let me know what you think…
